Jal Gua strawberry and banana smoothie

Ingredients:

2 bananas
12 strawberries
1 Litre of milk (dairy, almond, coconut or soy)
2 tablespoons of Jal Gua
1 tablespoon honey (if desired)

Method:

Use a blender to mix ingredients together, adding additional fruits as required.
